NYC Multicultural Festival Retail Vendor Registration

*Effective August 30, 2024, street fair vendors of retail are no longer required to obtain a temporary Street  vendor permit from DCWP. See city guidelines for details.  However retail venndors must still apply to the sponsoring organization and pay any applicable fees. 

Join us for the 16th Annual NYC Multicultural Festival!

Registration is now open for our NYC Multicultural Festival! We invite you to join us and showcase your merchandise to a vibrant audience of potential customers.

Day 1:

⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Usually held at

Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell
116 Bradhurst Ave., New York, NY 10039 

Cross street: 148th Street and Bradhurst Avenue

Retail Vendor Registration per day

Early Bird Includes Free Rentals (Ends April 1st):

• Retail Vendors: $80
• Includes a 10x10 raw space.
• This Early bird registration comes with Free Rental of one table, and one chair (upon meeting necessary requirements). This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Early Bird Retail (NR) - No Rentals included (Ends April 1st)

• Retail Vendors: $80
• Includes a 10x10 raw space only.
• NO free rentals are included with this registration. If you need a table, chair, or tent, you can scroll down and select rentals to add to your order. You are also welcome to bring your own table, chair, and tent.

Standard Registration (After April 1st:

• Retail Vendor: $100
• Includes a 10x10 space.
• NO FREE rentals are included.
• Paid rentals for tables, chairs, and tents are available for a fee through the Eventbrite registration page.

Day 2:

Key aspects of the registration process:

All vendors are required to register to reserve a spot and pay the registration fee. If needed, vendors can also make payment for table, tent, and chair rentals. Registration and payments can be made through our Eventbrite page by clicking the Registration buttons above, or alternatively, by mailing a Money Order to:

2. For all vendors participating in Day 1 at the Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell- June 7th festival, the following items are required by the City and State agencies. These documents are not difficult to obtain and remember that we are here to help you every step of the way. Please email us these items no later than May 1, 2025.​ 

A)   Proof of Workers’ Compensation - There are three possible types of Worker’s Compensation, of which we only need one.          

C-105.2 Certificate of Worker’s Compensation Insurance;   

OR       

U-26.3 State Insurance Fund Certificate of Workers’ Compensation Insurance;   

OR

 Request for Workers’ Compensation Exemption (Form CE-200) which can be requested online via the following link. Once completed online, print the form, and sign and date it: http://www.wcb.ny.gov/content/ebiz/wc_db_exemptions/requestExemptionOverview.jsp
