NYC Multicultural Festival Performer Call 

We invite performers, cultural groups, and artists to take the stage in a vibrant celebration of global culture in Harlem. Selected performers will contribute to a dynamic, high-quality, and engaging public experience for diverse NYC audiences.

All applicants will be reviewed based on the following:

Strong, well-prepared performance with clear artistic skill and vision.

Authentically preserve a particular culture's traditional attire, music, or storytelling elements. Offers insight, meaning, or learning about the culture presented.

Ability to engage the audience through interaction, storytelling, or participation.

Performance suitable for a diverse, intergenerational public audience.

Organized, reliable, and prepared to perform successfully.

Priority given to artists connected to New York City.

Applications are reviewed through a structured evaluation process focusing on artistic quality, Cultural Preservation, Community Engagement, Public Accessibility, Professionalism & Readiness,  and NYC-Based (Preferred).

Harlem Welcomes the World: A FIFA World Cup Fan and Cultural Celebration
Usually held on St. Nicholas Avenue, Harlem, NY
(Between 141st & 145th Streets)

 This festival offers a platform to showcase your artistry, connect with new audiences, and receive a small stipend.
